Purpose: to answer your enquiry or quote request.

Legal basis: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR) when you submit the form, and pre-contractual measures at your request (art. 6.1.b).

Retention: for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, afterwards, during the legal limitation periods.

Recipients: I do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. My hosting provider (Calltek) and Google (Analytics) act as processors, with GDPR safeguards, including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for transfers to the US.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. Write to info@astryu.com with a copy of your ID. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
